Shipping Information

As Zealous Alchemy is a one-man operation, orders may take additional time to process and ship. I will always try to dispatch every order ASAP! Thank you for your patience.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Items ship UNTRACKED as standard, however tracked options are available at an additional cost. This is to keep my items as affordable and accessible as possible.

Prints that are A4 or smaller will be sent flat, whilst larger prints will normally be sent rolled.

If your package hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks (International), please email zealousalchemy@gmail.com and I will resolve the issue. I am unable to place a claim with the postal service before this time as elapsed.

UK Shipping

Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery estimate: 2-3 working days, allow up to 2 weeks.

International Orders

Sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery estimate: 5-7 working days, all up to 4 weeks.

NI/EU Shipping

Due to GSPR & packaging regulations, I am currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland. I will attempt to reinstate NI/EU shipping when it becomes economically feasible to pursue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The payment of these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
